About Therapy
I believe that who we are today - our outlook on life, our hopes and dreams, the relationships we have or don’t have, our ideas and beliefs about ourselves and others – is deeply influenced by our earliest experiences. And when difficulties arise as adults, they often echo or activate patterns that were formed long before we were aware of them.
Modern life can be extremely demanding; relationships, work, families, money, health and social challenges, or even the simple act of daily living can all feel overwhelming. How we cope with these challenges is often influenced not only by our present circumstances, but also by past experiences, including those we might not be fully aware of.

In therapy, we can take the time to slow down and explore where you are now, and how your past and present experiences interact. Sometimes gaining this insight brings relief in itself; at other times it opens the door to change.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different psychological approaches to work in a way that fits you and your goals.
