Hello
and welcome
Every person who finds this page is unique, and the paths that lead people here are many and varied. But if you have landed here, then perhaps you share something with these others ... a desire for something to be different ... a desire for something to change.
Perhaps you are curious about what therapy is and how it works? Maybe you are wondering if therapy will "work" for you? Or perhaps you have already experienced therapy and are curious about me and how we might work together? You might simply want to know where I work (Putney), and do I have any availability (yes)?
I hope you begin to find some answers on these pages, but I also invite you to get in touch to find out more. Even if I'm not the right person to help you, I might be able to help you find someone who can.
About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist based in South West London. I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and have worked with clients in both NHS and community counselling settings. Through these experiences, I’ve supported people facing a wide range of emotional and personal challenges, helping them find understanding and relief in difficult times.
I’ve also volunteered with organisations such as Citizens Advice, Home-Start and Action Tutoring, working alongside individuals, families and children in different life situations. These roles have deepened my appreciation of how our relationships, responsibilities, and environments all shape our wellbeing.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked for over a decade in a global professional services firm. That experience gave me first-hand insight into the pressures of corporate life and I understand how the long hours, tight deadlines and team dynamics can take a real toll. I draw on this background to support clients navigating the challenges of high-pressure work environments today.
Qualifications
I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton, and an MA (Cantab) in Natural Sciences (Experimental Psychology) from the University of Cambridge.
Professional Memberships
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework.
